Background
In year 2010, Chong Kin Siong established a company, Desa Hijauan Sdn Bhd (922925-V) to undertake a property development in Kampung Labu Lanjut , Mukim Labu, Daerah Sepang, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The Project known as Desa Salak Pekerti was successfully completed and handed over 6 months well ahead of schedule. Further opportunities were explored in other Property Developments and subsequently the Hijauan Group of Companies was established in January 2014. It now consists of the following companies :

The directors in the Hijauan Group of Companies consist of personnels with varied experience in consultancy, marketing and construction in the building industry. They are helmed and led by Ir KS Chong who has 18 years experience in the Property Development. He worked in an established Engineering Consultancy firm for 8 years where he obtained his Professional Engineering registration. Subsequently he worked as a senior manager in a Property Development company for 10 years culminating as a General Manager in charge of the whole aspects of construction and development.
